Eri Panoti
Eri Panoti leads Chatham's Financial Institutions Hedge Accounting team, advising clients on hedge accounting policy and application for both balance sheet risk management strategies, as well as customer hedging needs. She brings more than a decade of experience in banking and accounting to help financial institutions determine the best accounting impact of their hedging activity. Prior to joining Chatham, Eri was manager of accounting policy on derivatives and hedging at KeyBank in Cleveland, Ohio, and held audit positions at Deloitte, also based in Cleveland. She earned her Master of Business Administration with accounting concentration, as well as her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Eri is a licensed CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Steve Hebner
Steven J Hebner is the Vice President of Finance for Centreville Bank, responsible for Asset-Liability Management, Liquidity Management, Planning & Forecasting, and Pricing & Profitability Analysis. As the Chairman of ALCO and Pricing Committee, Steven is intimately involved in deposit planning strategies. With more than 17 years banking experience, Steven enters his 10th year with Centreville Bank. During his tenure, he has partnered with a management team that has grown the 197-year-old institution from $1.0 billion assets $740 million deposits to $2.8 billion assets $2.1 billion deposits, while modernizing operational capabilities and sophistication. Steven was honored by the Providence Business News in the 2023 40 Under Forty list for his work in helping Centreville Bank earn recognition as one of Rhode Island’s Fastest Growing Companies (PBN) and Newsweek’s Best Small Bank in RI, among many other accolades for the expanding financial institution. Steven also serves on the Massachusetts Bankers Association’s Emerging Leaders Steering Committee.

Ryan Henley
Ryan Henley leads Stifel's Fixed Income Financial Institutions Strategy Group, which provides balance sheet strategies and analyses related to economics, interest rates, investments, and interest rate risk management strategies to executive management teams of financial institutions and portfolio managers nationwide. In addition to balance sheet and investment strategy, he focuses on the interpretation of shifting regulatory and accounting environments. He joined Stifel in 2015 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Sterne Agee, where he served as lead financial strategist since 2006. He is a frequent speaker at national and regional banking and financial conferences. Ryan is a CFA charterholder and an honors graduate of the University of Alabama. He holds a B.S. in Finance and a M.A. in Banking and finance with a concentration in Financial Risk Management.

Kevin Cavin
Kevin Cavin leads Stifel's Product Strategies Team and is the Head of Stifel's Mortgage Strategy Group. He specializes in identifying relative value opportunities in the Agency MBS market and private label structured finance markets. He is the editor-in-chief and a regular author of Stifel’s MBS Relative Value article and related publications. He also works closely with individual clients to implement portfolio strategies that optimize investment returns within a specific set of risk parameters and investment styles. His efforts are targeted toward large institutional clients, including money managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and credit unions. He is based in Stifel’s Chicago office. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in capital markets. Prior to joining the Stifel family in June 2015, Kevin was the head of Sterne Agee’s Mortgage Strategy Group for more than five years. Prior to Sterne Agee, Kevin spent nearly ten years at FTN Financial's Portfolio Strategies Group and Mortgage Strategy Group.

Frazer Gieselmann leads Stifel's Loan Strategies Team, which provides balance sheet strategies and analyses related to economics, interest rates, investments, and interest rate risk management related to the loan portfolio of financial institutions and corporations. Frazer works closely with individual clients in modeling potential transactions and helping clients understand the impact of these transactions and strategies. In addition, he works closely with the Stifel Loan Trading Group on a daily basis in activities related to both the secondary loan markets and new loan origination. Frazer is based in Stifel's Memphis office. Frazer joined Stifel in 2024. He has over 20+ years of experience working at and with depositories – with a particular focus on commercial real estate. Prior to joining Stifel, Frazer traded whole loans and participations at a regional broker dealer. Previously, Frazer worked for four banks where he worked and managed teams focused on commercial lending. Frazer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Auburn University.
